This design concept shows the Centre modeled on the site exploring massing and ite planning.

The concept model and renders have the clients design at approx 10 storeys. This responds to the City of Kelowna’s density as it pertains to the Official Community Plan.

When a project of this size and scope requires an architect, my services provided are used to assist the client and others visualize some of the aesthetic aspects before an architects is hired, or when an architect is engaged I then offer my building design services to the larger design team.

Site planning and site access, Zoning etc. is also entered into at this stage.

Building massing models offer a view of potential shapes, heights, relationship with site and surrounding area, context etc.

As a mixed Use project the Centre will include multi-family residential and with commercial spaces at the the Level 1 & 2 with amenity spaces on Level 3.
