I am a passionate supporter of all artists and their creative processes.

While I specialize in crafting innovative and original design models for large planning and building projects -

I am not a registered architect.

My role is to give vision to the creative stages of the project with unrestricted imagination.

Creating original building design models and artful drawings with renders/illustrations I provide expressive and reasoned solutions to inform the design solution.

The design process in land development is complex and filled with variables. It is here, at the very beginning, that the best creative ideas can be explored virtually as the project design developes.

Land Acknowledgment

Acknowledging the unceded territories on which we live and work is not only an act of recognition, but also an essential step towards reconciliation and decolonization.

By honoring the rightful Indigenous stewards of the land, we pay tribute to their deep connection with the territory, their cultures, and their rich heritage.

Steve Huculiak lives and works on the the traditional, ancestral and unceded tm̓xʷúlaʔxʷ (land) of the syilx okanagan people.
